Our client located just south of Milwaukee area is looking for a PM with Construction experience to work various on-going and future projects.
Candidates MUST have experience in the Fire/Water Restoration and/or General Construction Industry.
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE-
Need to be able to deal with workers, clients, insurance agents and run full jobs from start to finish that are Fire/Water Loss based jobs in both Commercial and Residential Losses (start to finish)
Need to be able to be trained in using Xactimate software for Estimating purposes.
MUST HAVE A VALID WI DL AND ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK - IICRC CERTS A MAJOR +
Pay will be based on experience (50k range)
Ideal position also for candidates with 5+ years in the Industry with Crew Chief experience looking to take the next step in their career...
