Job Description
 
 Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a defined business unit or group of departments. Will design, implement, and achieve effective Talent Acquisition strategies. Implements, conducts, and manages the recruitment and candidate selection process. Will identify effective sourcing methods to attract high performance, qualified individuals, based upon the job position, location and requirements. Temp position with possibility of temp to hire.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manages full cycle recruiting process for candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, including screening resumes, qualifying/interviewing candidates, and negotiating pay rates.
  • Recruits across business lines and for all levels of positions.
  • Performs in-depth sourcing of candidates by using creative forms of web sourcing (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), candidate referrals, cold calling, and recruitment campaigns, etc. Develops, manages and maintains a diverse pipe-line of qualified candidates for sourcing as required and/or needed for business changing needs.
  • Develops strong relationships with mid and senior level management and maintains a sound understanding of the business by partnering with business leaders and Human Resources Partners.
  • Develops innovative and diverse recruiting strategies and develops best practices for positions, incorporating competitive landscape.
  • Reviews and prioritizes recruitment efforts.
  • Communicates regularly with clients regarding staffing challenges and works aggressively with clients to achieve staffing goals.
  • Remains current with industry and staffing trends and relevant companies and competitive data.
Required Experience
  • 2+ years in a corporate recruiting or agency environment with an emphasis on direct sourcing with demonstrated success.
  • Proven experience in handling the full lifecycle of corporate experienced hires, from initial requisition to extended offer.
  • Ability and desire to perform sourcing including competitive market research, cold calling, internet search (Boolean searches) & social networking, negotiating and closing candidates.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of market research and proven ability to source and recruit industry leaders and top talent at all levels of the organization preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and facilitation skills, professional, polished demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to act as a business partner, manage multiple recruitment assignments and projects
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, problem solving, and critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent thought.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline, or job experience equivalent.
