Job Description
Lead downstream marketing activities for new and existing products and services. Collaborate with sales and marketing management to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at building traditional and online brand and market awareness.

You Will:
 
  • Demonstrate Brewer’s core values – Learning, Integrity/Innovation, Collaboration
  • Plan, execute, and measure results of marketing launches, campaigns, and other communication initiatives
  • Manage and serve as principal author for corporate website and social media channels
  • Update and enforce brand building and management strategy across various web and digital channels
  • Develop market-based messaging for multiple audiences
  • Provide creative direction and own project timelines
  • Develop and maintain Brewer’s content library, sales toolkit and other collateral
  • Lead, plan, prepare for and participate in key trade shows and marketing events
  • Serve as conduit between sales force and customer base
  • Perform non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity to support business goals
 
You Have (Requirements):
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least five years of marketing or marketing communications experience, preferably in medical or dental equipment manufacturing and/or distribution
  • Proven experience and success in online strategy and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to direct external creative and service agencies
  • Engaging and knowledgeable storytelling skills, with the ability to bring a value proposition to life
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while making appropriate decisions under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business judgment and emotional intelligence
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics and/or Webmaster Tools, website content management systems, Adobe or other creative software suites
