Job Purpose:
The Integrated Community Treatment team provides strength based, trauma informed in-home and community based services. The Clinical Supervisor, LMHP is an integral part of the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) team; providing psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and supportive collateral services to youth and families in their home, school, or other community locations. This position works in conjunction with the Director of Community Services and will supervise the CCS Care Coordinators.
Duties:
Provide supervision and consultation to the CCS Care Coordinators
Provides clinical direction, consultation, crisis intervention, and shares mental health expertise with CCS Care Coordinators and youth and families in a strength-based, recovery oriented services
Ensure services provided by staff meet requirements, internal policies and procedures and best practices including DHS-36
Actively work towards improving the overall performance of the program by identifying innovative, responsive solutions and provide continuous quality improvement of the program by developing innovative programming in response to community needs
Collaborate with Milwaukee Wraparound on policy, procedure updates and implementation for the CCS program
Meet or exceed quarterly program scorecard benchmarks
Develop a network of community and school support and resources and build relationships
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent
LCSW or LPC Licensure
Minimum 2 years post master’s experience providing individual, child , group and family therapy
Supervisory experience preferred
Position Details:

Own reliable transportation, meet agency auto insurance requirements and have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
Reports directly to the Director of Community Services
