Job Description
This Position is located in West Allis, WI  - Relocation assistance available.

JOB SUMMARY:
Enters manufacturing orders accurately and in accordance with documented procedures. Provides top tier customer service by following SOP’s and resolving customer issues quickly and accurately. This will include timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical problem notifications.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Resolve customer issues via phone, email and web.
  • Handle customer complaints quickly to exceed customer expectations.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
  • Track customer complaints in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Accurate review and entry of all orders submitted via email, fax and electronic data interchange (EDI) into the Shopworx ERP system.
  • Collaborate with all internal and external entities to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Manage open order reports and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
 
  • High school diploma plus 1-2 years of customer service/office administration experience.
  • One year of experience in customer support preferred.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Above average typing skills for data entry
