Primary responsibilities include:
Providing phone, email, and web-based technical support to customers
Documenting, researching, resolving, and responding to issues
Deploying cloud-based software systems
Providing remote installation and implementation assistance
Assisting software development engineers with research, problem solving, and software testing
Required qualifications include:
Previous technical support experience
PC hardware/software experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical persons
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong aptitude for solving problems
High level of responsiveness to the needs of customers
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Ability to meet daily deadlines
Attention to detail
Ability to rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge
Knowledge of PLCs preferred
