Ken Cook Co. is growing and we are looking to bring talent to our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience. You will be selling training services to various industries, mainly manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities:
Prospect potential customers to set appointments and product demonstrations
Use LinkedIn, social media, tradeshows, industry magazines, and inbound leads to prospect new business opportunities
Follow sales processes to qualify leads and convert into new customers
Attend tradeshows and expos to represent the company, meet with prospects and current customers
Key liaison to coordinate activities between the customer and Ken Cook Co.
Must prepare and present proposals to prospects and secure business
Lead internal meetings with sales support team members
Manage customer information using CRM system, including recording of sales visit notes and appointments, projects, proposed opportunities and contact information
Meet or exceed annual forecasts and monthly sales quotas.

Minimum of 2 years sales experience
Experience in a solution based selling environment or selling professional services
Proven track record of success closing new business and meeting or exceeding quotas
Should have strong presentation, organization and time management skills
Previous knowledge with online training programs would be a plus
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees. Refined persuasion and related sales and presentation skills
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Good judgment and decision making
Must be able and willing to travel up to 50% of time
Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
