Direct hire, full time opportunity.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead and nurture the client service team to provide the very highest level of client service.
  • Work closely with the client service representatives to assess their competencies.
  • Monitor the quality of client service and correct / report concerns as necessary.
  • Ensure the front office is appropriately staffed and trained.
  • Provide mentorship to staff members.
  • Prioritize and direct workflow for the Client Service Department.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Provide ongoing training and education to elevate the level of client service.
  • Designate assigned responsibilities for employees in your department.
  • Develop innovative ways to improve the client experience.
  • Develop and deliver the processes to ensure a value-added client service experience.
  • Develop a collaborative working relationship with all hospital departments to ensure a professional, positive experience for the client.
  • Develop and deliver initial and ongoing education to the hospital staff on what client service is, and its importance and relevance in all positions in the hospital.
  • Act as liaison between referring veterinarians and the hospital by addressing concerns and facilitating problem resolution.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years management experience
  • Compassion and empathy for animals, patients, clients, and others
  • Previous experience working or volunteering with animals
