Job Description
Telsmith, Inc., a worldwide leader, ISO certified, high quality manufacturer of crushing equipment for the quarry and mining industries located in Mequon, Wisconsin currently has excellent opportunities for:
Production Helpers
These entry level positions requiring mechanical aptitude, the ability to work from blueprints (or be trained to do so), and experience with a wide variety of hand and power tools. These positions require heavy physical exertion, lifting up to 35 lbs., bending, climbing and working in awkward positions. Production Helpers may move on to Erector Assembler positions, Shipper positions, Spray Painter positions or Reserve Burner positions. Production Helpers start at $15.62 with 2nd and 3rd shift positions receiving an additional premium. After your first sixty (60) days, you will receive an additional $0.50 per hour and incremental increases during your very first year. Ample overtime is offered as vacation, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, life insurance and short-term disability. Additional benefits are available for purchase too.
