Position Description:
-Interact with Customers and provide superior customer service via email, phone and fax.
-Create and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports (customer reporting, inventory reporting, production reporting, etc.).
-Data Entry - enter a high volume of sales orders.
-Extensive follow through with order process - receiving order, shipping process, invoicing.
-Research for payment discrepancies, shortages, over shipments, checking available stock, tracking shipments, updating customers on existing orders, etc.
-Inventory Analysis – reviewing production schedule, open orders, available inventory
-Problem solving – handling day to day matters that arise
Requirements:
-Prior office experience required.
-Must be able to work in an efficient manner, prioritize projects and multi-task.
-strong customer service background
-Good math skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be proficient in Excel with ability to create spreadsheets and charts.
-Strong attention to detail
-High level of organization and time management skills
-Proficient in typing and 10-key
