We are seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Director, DoD Strategic Partnership The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Computrition Team in a high growth organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can help Computrition continue to grow our DoD market share.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to Executive V.P. of Development and Strategic Partnership:

  • Working with the DoD Account Manager, Prepare and maintain a DoD Plan, identifying key products and strategies to target within the DoD branches
  • Build Relationships with key contacts in all DoD branches in order to gain trust and position products as a solution that meets determined needs and goals
  • Connect with existing DoD branches to understand their requirements with existing modules and new to relate to product managers and DoD account manager when opportunities are identified
  • Assist product management team in the definition of the product strategy and roadmap as it relates to DoD
  • Have in depth knowledge of Hospitality Suite and all add-on modules as well as custom modules developed for DoD to be able to perform product demos, consultations, offer continued guidance and best practices and present clear benefits of these products/modules to all DoD Branches
  • Interact with upper management to set and achieve long- and short-term growth goals for DoD; communicate the needs of the team to upper management, so that proper resources can be made available in order to achieve growth targets
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing to develop sales tools (webinars, spec sheets, case studies) and collateral specific to DoD
  • Monitor DoD support cases and intervene where necessary to advance the situation or escalate for better resolve

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in a foodservice, diet office and/or retail operation
  • Product and Industry knowledge (DoD)
  • Proven self-starter and highly self-motivated leader capable of working independently
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Solution oriented, strategic thinker with a strong business acumen
  • Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbal communications and group presentation skills
  • Ability to initiate sales conversations with emphasis on showing benefits in relation to prospect's needs
  • General experience with windows and MS Office software
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time
