Retail Banking Support Retail Banking Department
Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week / Non-Exempt (schedule to be determined)
Reports to: Retail Operations Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review the Deposit Correction/Ticket Error Master Log completed by Deposit Services for accuracy; report Teller and Proof Operator errors to Bank Managers and/or Teller Supervisors.
Analyze daily deposit service operations data on checks and cash posted/non-posted transactions using Fiserv Premier.
Collaborate with Bank Managers and Teller Supervisors in resolving outstanding variations.
Review Floating Team’s mileage records for accuracy.
Prepare monthly coaching form to support Floating team operations.
Audit Retail Offices’ Monthly Teller Variation Logs, Cash Compliance Logs and Cash Usage & Inventory Logs – reviewing for compliance and accuracy.
Night Deposit Reports: Analyze and prepare report by mapping night deposit data to respective branches.
Satellite Office Transaction: Track and prepare report of all the Satellite Office Transactions.
Track You Are Appreciated Cards for the 14 Retail Offices.
Compile Perfect Balancer List from monthly reports.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow through
Ability to work independently and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as they arise
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer proficiency, which includes but is not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
Desire to work in a community bank and represent Waukesha State Bank in a professional and ethical manner at all times
