Job Description
Job Duties Include:
Installation, Configuration and Support of Microsoft Server 20XX, Microsoft Exchange, and Linux OS.
Installation, Configuration and Support of Windows 7 - 10, Microsoft Office and Antivirus Software.
Installation, Configuration and Support of Cisco Firewalls.
Assist customers with questions and issues with software applications.
Troubleshoot PC's, Networks, Printers and Servers
Provide technical support to clients related to Software Applications
Nationwide client base - Approximately 4 weeks of travel per year performing installations and training.
Qualifications:
Experience and/or Certifications in some or all of the following categories.
Microsoft Server 20XX
Microsoft Exchange Server
Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Office
Cisco Firewalls
Linux OS
VM Ware
Computer Networking
Antivirus Software and Virus Resolution
Wordpress
