Position Description:

In the role of Financial Analyst you will be perform complex financial and business-related analysis, data manipulation and forecast preparation. Apply results of analysis to produce recommendations for management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze appropriate funding sources and availability of funds for purchases and expenses.
• Review and approve expenditures against the approved budget.
• Create financial reports. Reconcile monthly financial statements and identify trends in patient data.
• Prepare financial analysis for division, cost center, billing area, provider, inpatient/outpatient clinical activity.
• Prepare annual budget information.
• Process documentation related to department payroll.
• Respond to routine and complex financial inquiries.
• Create Advanced Practice Provider Proformas.
• Provide financial information for special projects; maintain faculty dashboards, divisional dashboards, cube information.

Preferred Schedule:
Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs.

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years
