Job Description
Fast-paced Law Firm seeking bankruptcy paralegal. Paralegal certificate not required but applicants must have 3-4 years of experience in the bankruptcy field with a solid knowledge of the full bankruptcy process. Previous experience in a high volume environment preferred.
Responsibilities will include: Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition preparation, filing through Best Case Bankruptcy software and drafting and filing pleadings in federal court
