Project Engineer
Flexiable Engineering position in Beautiful Lake Country

Job Description
Do you enjoy taking a vision for a mechanical project and making it a reality? Create-A-Pack Foods is looking for a hands on project engineer to assist with the development and implementation of equipment and machinery throughout our production facilities. At Create-A-Pack Foods we specialize in food & beverage production and packaging for a variety of different types of products. It isn't uncommon to re-purpose machinery to meet our customers’ needs and often with aggressive timelines. If you enjoy problem solving and creativity with a strong mechanical and electrical background, this could be the perfect position for you. Responsibilities include:
1. Assist with development of project objectives using proposals and plans
2. Develop and assign project responsibilities to other team members
3. Lead team assigned to project development while actively participating in development as well
4. Confirm equipment effectiveness through testing and make improvements when necessary
5. Determines project priority through communication with operations and sales personnel
6. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems, and making adjustments as needed
7. Assist with developing project budgets and sourcing materials to meet these goals
7. Maintains a clean and safe work environment
8. Responsible for following food quality and safety guidelines
This position also oversees a small project team so leadership experience is preferred.
