Job Description :

POSITION:
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Implementation Specialist. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Professional Services Team in a high growth organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for a fast paced environment where experience will be drawn upon to effectively assist in completing customer implementations in a timely manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Position will be responsible for conducting training of foodservice, nutrition management and point-of-sale software for healthcare and/or foodservice personnel via on-site visits, phone and/or web trainings
  • Preparing training schedules and agendas
  • Directing software implementations
  • Managing timelines and meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining and accurately reporting and documenting ongoing communications with existing customers
  • Reviewing and revising customer data
  • Providing follow-up service on use of software products

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, foodservice or related field; RD preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years progressive work experience of institutional foodservice, health care and/or nutrition related field
  • Customer service oriented with a desire to continually learn new applications and business strategies
  • This position requires a commitment of travel; average 3-4 days every other week
  • Experience with Windows-based software applications; working knowledge of word processing, database operations, spreadsheets, nutritional analysis and/or project management software
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills; ability to prioritize work assignments with focus on most critical tasks.
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts using terminology appropriate to the audience
  • Ability to work well with others, both in person and over the telephone, exhibiting patience and diplomacy
  • Competent in working effectively with minimal supervision and able to take initiative in problem solving
  • Ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude This is a full time position of 40 hours of work per week required. We offer a flexible schedule, excellent growth opportunities, benefit package, and great working conditions. Salary is commensurate with experience.
