REPORTS TO:  Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager
 
JOB SUMMARY: Sales and Customer Service Locations
 
POSITION OBJECTIVES:  Process customer sales transactions, assist customers with product location, straighten, face and dust item shelves. Manage merchandise shelf labels. Setup product displays and Plano graphs.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage merchandise shelves to ensure proper labels are present and price changes are updated as required. Setup product displays and shelves as designed by management. Process customer sales transactions to include special and backorder requirements into Point of Sale System. Assisting customers with locating merchandise within the store and assist customers with product selections. Other duties include straightening and facing merchandise on the shelves and dusting when needed in order to maintain a neat appearance. Any other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
 
Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to provide merchandise locations, information about merchandise, help customers make selections and understand basic principals of Sales register operations. Understand basic shelf label/stocking principals and Plano graph implementation. Understand or be familiar with military/government organizations and acronyms. Should also have excellent customer service skills coupled with good Sales ability and knowledge of computers and office equipment. At least 2 years of retail experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits: Base salary.  Benefits include:  a 403B retirement plan with company match.
