Maintenance Division
Job Title: FERTILIZATION / SPRAY TECHNICIAN
Job Description: Fertilize as well as diagnose, recommend treatments and perform cultural, biological and/or chemical means of controlling weeds, pests and diseases on clients properties for lawns, trees and shrubs etc. Convey proper information to the client in oral and written fashion so the client is aware of all procedures taking place on his/her property. Be able to coordinate efforts with sales and production staff to insure that all work is being performed according to contract and client satisfaction.
Qualifications: Must possess a working knowledge of lawns, ornamental plant identification, weed identification, associated pests, diseases and control measures, and proper cultural methods appropriate to specific plants. Wisconsin Certification and Licensing is required.
