MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PART-TIME
Under the direction of the Head Maintenance Technician, and in response to resident job requests, performs the various functions to include, but not limited to:

Under the direction of the Head Maintenance Technician, and in response to resident job requests, performs the various functions to include, but not limited to:
- Perform electrical repairs.
- Perform plumbing work.
- Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, fixtures, appliances, locks, etc.
- Paint interior and exterior of buildings when necessary.
- Perform minor carpentry work.
- Repair concrete, masonry, roof, fencing.
- Refurbishment of apartments.
- Repair heating systems.
- Assist Head Maintenance Technician in making all necessary repairs and completing necessary paperwork.
- Perform maintenance work at different locations as required.
- Strong maintenance skills, including experience in plumbing, heating and electrical required.
- Customer service skills.
- Drivers License required.
