Our founder, Gaspare "Jack" Fallucca, better known as Papa Palermo, fondly remembers growing up in the Sicilian countryside, where the air seemed permanently blessed by the sweet smell of his family's cooking. When he immigrated to America, he carried his family recipes in his suitcase, and his devotion to family tradition in his heart.
