Registered Nurses / RNs

Qualified applicants will initiate on-going assessment of the physical, emotional, educational, and functional needs of the patient/family; interpret assessment data to develop a nursing care plan; participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals; assure that medication/I.V. administration is correct; demonstrate skills in handling emergency and life-threatening situations; assure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely; provide direction and leadership in patient care to assigned personnel; build positive relationships with patient, patient families, and other staff members; demonstrate a helpful attitude; communicates effectively. Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, 2 years experience in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting or equivalent, Wisconsin RN licensure and CPR certification are required. ACLS preferred.
