Curative Care Network has an exciting Program Specialist positions to assist clients in their daily activities in our adult day program located at the Curative- Menomonee Falls campus in Menomonee Falls. This position requires a high school diploma or equivelent. The ability to work with others in a team environment and a possitive attitude. This position requires toileting and feeding of disabled individuals as well as helping with activities. GENERAL FUNCTION:
Implement daily activity plans for persons with disabilities. Provides input regarding goal achievement of persons served. Provides supervision for persons served during unstructured time. Provides assistance to persons served in meeting their personal care needs. May have other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work with others in a team environment. Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and acceptable driving record if assigned to work site where transportation tasks maybe delegated as part of duties.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Physical Demands: Requires the ability to lift up to 50# with frequent carrying of objects up to 25#. Critical job demands include the ability to perform slide and two person transfer of adults with disabilities. Must be able to use mechanical devices to transfer and transport adults. Requires frequent standing, walking, stooping and bending.
