Position Description
St. Charles Youth & Family Services is seeking creative and innovative individuals who are committed to helping youth reach their potential through an alternative education approach.
Requires a candidate who approaches education with creativity and who builds appropriate social and behavioral skills of youth. Duties include alternative curriculum development and instruction, assisting with IEP development, and classroom management. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree (in education preferred), a minimum of 1 year’s experience or training in relation to working with elementary and middle school age youth (at-risk preferred), and a Wisconsin Teacher Certification or the willingness to acquire a minimum of 6 credits per year towards a Teaching License.
