Community Living Connections is a non-profit organization providing residential support to adults with developmental disabilities who live in Dane County. We are looking for energetic, organized applicants who enjoy working with people and want to make a positive impact on someone's life.
We currently have Full Time Program Coordinator positions available in Madison and Stoughton. The Program Coordinator position is a great way to further your career in the Human Services field and develop skills as a supervisor. Program Coordinator responsibilities include working with adults who have developmental disabilities, in their homes, assisting them to reach their goals and live rich and rewarding lives. The Program Coordiantor assists consumers to maintain clean well-managed households, teach daily living skills, plan and implement an activity schedule,provide direct care, supervise direct care staff, facilitate contact with family members and other team members, and have some financial and administrative responsibilities.
A vehicle, WI driver’s license, proof of adequate auto insurance and acceptable driving record are required. CLC requires proof that auto insurance meets one of the following requirement: A split limit of $250,000/$500,000 for bodily injury OR A combined single limit of $300,000 for bodily injury and property damage OR A separet personal umbrella policy presented with proof of auto insurance. Prior supervisory experience and experience working with people with disabilities is beneficial but not required.
The Program Coordinator position is an excellent way to advance your Human Services career. Most Program Coordinator work schedules consist of afternoon/evening hours and some weekend hours.
