Health Wellness Coach (Full-time)
The Health/Wellness Coach promotes, supports and engages working individuals in developing healthy lifestyles. The Wellness Coach has an educational foundation in behavior change techniques which are designed to target and reduce lifestyle related health risks and to provide appropriate health education to reduce those factors. The Wellness Coach provides health promotion and wellness services to clients telephonically across the nation.  Posiitons are located in our corporate office in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Requirements for Health / Wellness Coach

Qualifications and Education:

• Thorough knowledge of principle of behavior change
• Energetic, positive individuals with excellent communication skills
• Experience and proficiency with using Microsoft Office programs
• Minimum of two years experience in health coaching, health promotion and wellness.
• Minimum of 4-year Bachelor Degree in Health Promotion, Health Education or related field 
• Additional qualifications considered an asset include:
  • Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)
  • Certified Intrinsic Coach
  • Certified Wellness Practitioner
  • Health Educator
  • Smoking Cessation Facilitator
