Position Description
This client is in the manufacturing industry and is looking to fill a Human Resources position with a candidate that has previous experience in HR but specifcially with Organizational Development. This coulde include expereince in the some or all of the following areas:
- Succession planning.
- Internal employee reviews & audits.
- Employee training programs.
- Internal promotion methods
- Establishment of employee & corproate goals
- Devlopment of system for employee feedback & seperation
All qualified candidates will also be expected to perform other more standard HR tasks in additon to their duties in Organizational Development.
