Maintenance Mechanic 
 

• Must be proficient in CNC machine control functions and operations. (primarily Fanuc controls).
• Must have an understandingand demonstrate experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
• Ability to read and understand electrical prints and ladder diagrams.  Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, charts and technical repair manuals.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions applicable to maintenance work.
• Knowledge in the general repair of building equipment, and experience in repairing such equipment.
• Knowledge and skill in the use and care of tools, materials and equipment used to perform various maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to operate, install and repair equipment in a safe and efficient manner. 
• Ability to prepare required reports and record maintenance activities
• Perform mechanical maintenance or adjustment on equipment as required.
• Install or assist contractors in mechanical installation of new equipment.
• Maintain and repair all aspects of the building including repairs involving basic welding, carpentry, plumbing and painting.
• Move and arrange equipment for maximum usage and convenience.
• Perform unexpected maintenance which might arise.
• Conduct basic maintenance of forklifts.
• Assist Maintenance B worker(s) and Maintenance helper worker(s) as needed with projects.
