Compensation Analyst - Brookdale Senior Living

We currently have an opportunity for an organized, experienced and highly motivated Compensation Analyst within our Milwaukee, WI office.

Compensation Analyst Job Summary
Support the development, management, and administration of Brookdale's compensation programs to ensure compliance and alignment with Brookdale's objectives, policies and govenment regulations.

Essential Functions:
* Administer Brookdale's restricted strock plan and Associate Stock Purchase Plan. This includes communication to participants, administration, and managing the relationship with the third party vendor.
* Design and maintain compensation related databases and systems that support compensation programs throughout Brookdale. This includes maintenance of the job table within the HRIS.
* Develop and publish the annual salary administration guidelines, policies, salary ranges and related tools.
* Working with the Director and Senior Director, provide advice to Field Human Resources and Community Management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation related programs.
* Develop processes and systems for providing compensation service and analysis to management and Field HR Directors. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for compensation processes and procedures.
* Assist in the adminstration of Brookdale's focal merit and performance review processes.
* Assist in the administration of salary survey participation, market pricing, and labor studies ensuring results adhere to company compensation philosophy. Develop and maintain pay data resource for use by Field HR Management.
* Assist in the design and administration of Brookdale's incentive plans, including the calculation, communication, and processing of bonus payments.
* Provide guidance and advice on compensation policies, wage and hour regulations and creative solutions to specific compensation issues.

Candidate Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent.
* Two to four years of related experience in a public company including design, development and communication of new compensation related programs.
* Must possess strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel.
* Experience with system and database implementations is preferred.
