Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for assisting those who sell and service the Self-Funded. Team members must perform with a high-level of expertise and product knowledge, provide technical assistance and support to the Account Management staff by servicing as a liaison between the Account Management and processing staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain summary plan descriptions and booklets for new customers
- Create and maintain amendments and restatements for renewal and mid-term customers
- Assist with technical processing of summary plan descriptions and booklets for customers
- Complete entry of benefit and demographic customer information in Plan Benefits Database for display on the web and as a tool for internal departments
- Complete entry of sold services and fees into the ASO DB for new customers
- Review processing questions for possible coding corrections
- Provide the very best customer service to both internal and external customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing unit results
