About the Job
We are currently seeking a motivated individual for a Sales/Marketing Representative position. This position is based in the firm’s Franklin office. Some travel throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois will be required. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
The primary job responsibilities will include:
Generate and pursue qualified sales leads within the industry.
Develop and disseminate appropriate advertising and marketing materials.
Maintain positive relations with existing clients.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows.
Set up client appointments for self or for company president.
Conduct sales presentations.
Conduct training sessions for new clients on our products.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Have strong organizational and communication skills, initiative, flexibility, and ability to be self-directed and work independently.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing, creative writing, and editing skills.
Be detail-oriented.
Have strong telephone skills.
Be fluent and comfortable with utilizing and demonstrating software products.
Experience:
A minimum of 2-5 years experience in software sales, education sales, special education or marketing is required.
Demonstrated experience in application of sales techniques and strategies.
4 year degree in Business / Marketing preferred
