TJ Hale prides itself in hiring talented employees and is seeking an Project Value Engineer with experience analyzing products, materials, and manufacturing processes and the ability to offer alternative solutions to client proposals.

The primary focus of this role is:

To maintain the highest product quality level and improving efficiency by design optimization, reverse engineering and manufacturability.

To manage project’s product development cycle, with consideration of costs, time, functionality, and manufacturability.

Provide technical product support for new and existing product.

Candidates should have:

More than five years of experience in the store fixture manufacturer industry with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.

The ability to engineer the company's manufactured products, to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications, and possess strong mathematical and reasoning skills.

Strong organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with emphasis in wood manufacturing or related industry, including at least 2-3 years experience in engineering wood products.
