Dietetic Technician/Supervisor-At least two year degree requirement. Assess resident nutritional status, develop care plans and may supervise food operations in accordance with all applicable regulations, codes, polices and procedures. Conduct quality assurance audit studies. Maintain resident nutrition records. Responsible for ensuring proper nutrition of residents by completing diet assessments, regulation charting, documentation. Supervision of Nutritional Services dining staff. Completion of an associate degree program for dietetic technicians as established by the American Dietetic Association. One year experience in a nursing home or hospital setting is preferred. This position is part-time/3 days a week. Work hours will fluctuate between the the hours of 6:00AM-2:30PM and 7:30AM-4:00PM. Work days are Every Monday and Wednesday and either Tuesday or Thursday. Flexibility needed to pick up extra shifts when available. Position has an every fourth (4th) weekend and every fourth (4th) holiday scheduling requirement.
