Are you an outgoing person? Do you enjoy working on the telephone with customers? If so, our Hartland client, a leading printing company, is seeking a Call Center Representative. In this position you would be responsible for processing order information, providing customer service, maintaining customer records, and maintaining customer inventory. The right individual will have a high attention to detail, possess excellent customer service skills and will be computer literate. Previous experience in the printing industry and bilingual with English / Spanish is highly preferred. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. The hours of the Call Center are 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The starting salary is $10.00 - $12.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
