We areseeking an enthusiastic, self motivated professional individual to join our teamas an Assistant Branch Manager. This individual must possess a sales-oriented,outgoing and professional personality.


As theAssistant Branch Manager, the primary responsibilities will include:

1) Supporting the Sales Branch Manager in their sales efforts
2) Assuming responsibility in the Branch Manager’s absence
3) Scheduling employees
4) Participating in the resolution of customer issues
5) Managing day to day activities of the branch focusing upon efficient andeffective operations
6) Participating in interviews of new employees
7) Participating in disciplinary action of current employees
8) Serving as a mentor and role model for all staff and assisting the teammembers in attaining their individual goals
9) Flexibility in helping at other branches
10) Other duties and tasks as assigned.


Thisqualified candidate must have at least six months experience as a personalbanker, a proven sales record-measured by goals, and strong operations andcustomer service experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Previoussupervisory experience preferred, but not required.
