Provides clinical pharmacy services while working in collaboration with other members of the health care team to maximize the effectiveness of patient care.

This position is in the Retail Pharmacy at St Mary's Hospital Milwaukee and/or Columbia Hospital.

Requirements:

*Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy.

*Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin.

*Two years work experience in a hospital setting preferred.

*ACLS Certification preferred.
