In this position you will be responsible for driving the improvement of Focus Factory processes to improve quality and safety, reduce cost, and maximize the output of the assembly process. Primary duties will include developing new or improving existing lines by determining new process requirements, designing new process, and researching best practices. Responsibilities also include implementing process changes, maintaining production, and utilizing your knowledge and experience to resolve manufacturing issues.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 8 years experience in production and manufacturing with an emphasis on assembly processes and concepts, cellular manufacturing and demand flow.
