Position Description
Qualifications:
? Strong construction cost accounting experience
? Three to five recent years experience in construction accounting and project cost tracking and reporting (extremely important element)
? Associates Degree in Accounting or comparable experience
? Extremely detailed oriented and well organized
? Patience and ability to stick with a project to completion
? Great team player – works well with others
Duties:
? Develop and maintain daily the project cost tracking template for all jobs being worked on.
? Approve all AP invoices related to the Turnkey business and code with proper GL code as well as capture expense against appropriate project.
? Approve all expense reports related to Turnkey personnel for reimbursement and submit to payroll as well as capture expense against appropriate project.
? Maintain credit card expense reports related to the Turnkey personnel and match up to credit card statements ensuring all receipts are turned in and code to proper GL code as well as capture the expenses against the appropriate project.
? Process and approve all time sheets and per diem requests related to the Turnkey personnel. Record both in their respective reports as well as capture against appropriate project.
? Complete the percentage completion report monthly for all milestone billing based projects and book proper JE in correct company.
? Complete the project backlog report monthly.
? Complete the MSII Revenue Tracker monthly.
? Other duties that arise with relation to the turnkey side of the business.
Salary Range: 40,000-45,000
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
