Position Description

We are actively seeking experienced candidates with a strong technical aptitude that enjoy working with customers to solve their IT challanges. Our Support Technicians’ are responsible for creating a high-quality standard while working with our large enterprise customers that utilize SynerComm’s resources (Strategic Business Partner Products, Customer Care Technical Support Center, Training Center) to perform projects to meet their business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will enjoy learning, growing, and servicing customers in a self-starting dynamic fast-paced environment and will have hands-on experience or certifications in some of the following areas:
• Network Infrastructure: (Routers, Switches, WAN Optimization, Load Balancing)
• Security Infrastructure: (Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention, Email Gateways, Web Gateways, End Point Security, Data Leakage Prevention, Log Management)
• Application Delivery Infrastructure: (Virtual Desktop, Application, Servers)
• Mobile User Infrastructure: (SSL VPN)
• Microsoft Windows Servers: (Active Directory)
• Unix\Linux Servers
