If you enjoy a competitive sales environment without the need to cold call, this role is for you. Our inside sales agents enjoy a competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn a monthly incentive by assisting clients who need auto, home, or umbrella insurance.

Candidates will receive extensive training to prepare them for the role - including company paid pre-licensing training which prepares candidates to pass the WI P&C licensing. All candidates must pass the Wisconsin test as part of their training.

In the role, you will speak to people from all over the country that have selected our company because of the relationship we have built with our Fortune 500 partners. You'll be surrounded by teammates that have the same competitive spirit and competitive fire to deliver high quality results that help our clients and our shareholders, as well as, help them earn incentives.



Qualifications



Applicants must possess great customer service skills; a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 or more years of pertinent work history. The role demands the ability to work on the phones, process information, operate a computer effectively while displaying excellent customer service and sales skills. Integrity & honesty are a must while working in this fast paced contact center environment.

The position requires the ability to work evenings. The schedules also include a weekend rotation that encompasses one Saturday every 3 or 4 weeks. Staring base salary is
$13.22/hour with the opportunity to dramatically increase monthly compensation based on your sales production.
