We have an opening for a Senior Drinking Water Project Manager position in our Milwaukee, WI office.

Position responsibilities will involve drinking water business development and marketing SEH water engineering services to eastern Wisconsin clients. Business development activities will include proposal preparation, coordinating client meetings and interviews. This position will design and manage all types of potable water projects. The successful candidate must be able to coordinate and direct performance of other design professionals on SEH multi-disciplined projects. Responsibilities include prepare project scopes and schedules, fee proposals, technical specifications and contract documents for bidding purposes, project reports and recommendations and day-to-day communications with client and project team. Will also lead a design team in production of construction documents, attend presentations and client meetings, and perform construction administration.

Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin with a minimum of 10 years of design and project management experience on drinking water engineering projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required along with proficiency using MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) applications. Experience with hydraulic computer modeling software, water utility rate studies and membrane treatment desired. A Masters Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and Illinois PE license are also desired. Some travel, including occasional overnight stays, required.
