  1. Can you manage multiple automation projects as assigned?
  2. Can you setup, program, modify, and maintain a variety of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and reporting applications?

_      Allen Bradley PLC 5, Allen Bradley SLC 500, Allen Bradley Logix series, Allen Bradley PanelView/PanelView Plus, Rockwell Software RSView32/FactoryTalkViewME/FactoryTalkViewSE, Industrial Communications (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet), and Microsoft Access.

  1. Are you able to maintain good customer relationships from project conception, through design, implementation, and support?
  2. Have you performed startup tasks?
  3. Can you meet or exceed profitability on the projects assigned, and assume primary responsibility for these projects?
  4. Do you have experience in fluid automation of the Food and Dairy Industries which includes the clean-in-place process?
  5. Are you able to carry out project management responsibilities?

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in Controls Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science and 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training in field or in lieu of formal education equivalent work experience. Position requires two years working knowledge of PLC programming, and operator interface design skills. Familiarity of food and dairy processes. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Basic are desirable.
