Rachel Contracting is a heavy/civil/specialty contractor based out of St. Michael, MN (Minneapolis suburb), and we are seeking qualified applicants for an Estimator/Project Manager position in our Demolition Division for the Greater Milwaukee region. Our organization is continually growing, and we are looking for an individual to help expand our presence in this region. Existing customer & client relationships would be particularly beneficial for this position. This position will work out of Rachel Contracting's Milwaukee office and cover existing and future projects around the Milwaukee and Greater Wisconsin region.

Responsibilities for this position include:
Performing take-offs
Preparing estimates
Project management
Marketing and managing client relationships for demolition and environmental construction projects
This position will also have some office coordination and management responsibilites for the Milwaukee office.

The ideal condidate will have:
More than 5 years of related demolition and/or environemntal experience
A positive attitude
Strong communication skills and college degree (college degree is desired but not a requirement)
Some travel may be requried.
