MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
•Supervise manufacturing engineers responsible for circuit card assembly and final assembly of display and electro-mechanical products
•Design and implement new production processes
•Work with Production Engineering and Design Engineering on design for manufacturability
•Analysis of manufacturing processes of new products during the pre-production phase
•Analysis of production tests during pre-production phase
•Managing the Pre-Production department
•Analysis of data for continuous improvement efforts
•Work with Production Engineers on supply chain management for new products and component

Qualifications:
•7+ years experience in an electronics assembly environment required
•Relevant management experience preferred
•Must have extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes in an electronics environment
•Knowledge of lean manufacturing preferred
•Must be familiar with IPC/EIA J-STD-001C preferred
•Must have excellent communication, analytical and PC skills
•Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering required
