Senior Digtial Account Manager

Job Description
- Effectively manage high-level relationships, providing strategic insights, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business and brand, sharing well-thought-out POVs and carefully managing the clients’ resources, as well as ours
- Serve as a strategic liaison between the agency, client, team and other departments within Laughlin/Constable
- Oversee and manage all daily activities Develop comprehensive digital strategies that create a seamless brand experience for the consumer and initiate innovative and strategic solutions
- Collaborate with others within the agency to achieve those goals in a timely manner; Be an assertive leader and take responsibility for “smart” communications between the team, client and agency; Become a steward of the agency’s resources, talents and costs, as well as balancing the needs of the approved plan

Job Qualifications
- 4-6 years established track record in digital marketing, agency environment preferred
- Proven experience with Web development processes and consumer branding
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; Ability to hold an audience and present information
- Proven track record in regard to strategic planning, web development and shepherding budgets from the estimate stage through production
- Proven history of gathering data and drawing correct and relevant conclusions
- Understands the importance of actively engaging a team, in order to deliver great work
- Keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, work well under deadlines and ability to meet time frames necessary, as well as proven common sense and excellent judgment
