Position Description

emotive llc is looking for motivated and hardworking candidates with strong HTML, CMS and Adobe Suite experience for an Account Manager Position. This position will be temporary to permanent.

Qualifications:
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and experience with HTML and/or content management platforms (e.g. Joomla, Blackbaud/Sphere, Droople, Convio)
• Ready to work hard; this isn’t a 9-5 sort of job
• Ability to work under deadline pressure
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Passionate about engaging millions of Americans in advancing the goals of conservative organizations and conservative political candidates
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Washington, DC area

Preference given for experience with:
• Previous campaign experience
• Familiarity with data analysis, Excel, Access or FileMaker Pro
• Expertise of HTML
• Online organizing experience with an electoral campaign, advocacy organization or non-profit
• Complex project management
• Supervision of staff
• Journalism, email, or speechwriting for political campaign or office
• Email list segmentation and mass mail platforms
• Graphic design and page layout
• Statistical analysis and reporting

Daily duties include but are not limited to:
• Maintain websites, including content updates and graphics production
• Build and send client emails
• Execute online advertising campaigns
• Work with a team to design and develop new web projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Consult with clients to identify new business opportunities
• Ability to successfully maintain multiple projects and tasks
• Bill clients each month and as billable expenses occur
• Analyze and report client statistics (advertising, email, site traffic)
• Facilitate and coordinate meetings between client and emotive llc
• Train clients on appropriate systems (CMS, analytics)
