Description:	Here at Wheaton, pharmacists are a highly visible, respected, and integral of the hospital's care delivery team. Pharmacists practice on patient care units providing clinical services and function as the medication resource for physicians, nurses, and medical residents. Pharmacists develop and perform clinical services including automatic renal dosing adjustment, pharmacokinetics consult, and anticoagulation therapy. Other clinical initiatives include code response and multidisciplinary patient care rounds.
