In this position you will oversee the overall operation of the bank office, including staff supervision, to ensure the achievement of established sales, production and operational objectives. This position manages the bank office sales program and the development of new business. The Bank Office Manager is responsible for originating and closing consumer loans as the primary consumer lender for the office. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of bank manager experience, a successful sales record and a outgoing, sales-oriented personality. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and associates of the bank. Ability to obtain credit and life insurance licenses within 6 months and ability to generate fixed annuity sales within three months of licensing.
