Step into 2009 by joining our NEW state-of-the-art Early Learning Center in Sussex!
General Description:
Momentum Early Learning partners with parents and guardians to provide an enjoyable learning environment focused on integrated learning and play. Through thoughtful and structured lessons, teachers will lead our children through a world of adventure and creative play. Our mission is to provide a secure and safe environment where parents and guardians are welcome to share in their child’s day at any time via secured webcam or in-person visit. Our state-of-the art center will ensure a clean, secure and modern environment for children to explore and learn in a safe and comfortable setting.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Teacher to help launch our new facility. This position will be responsible for providing care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. The Lead Teacher will ensure the center is compliant with all state and federal requirements and will represent the center in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in the Childcare Profession.
Two or Four year degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Completion of Early Childhood I, II, and Infant/Toddler.
CPR/First Aid Certified.
Must meet annual continuing education requirements.
Health Exam and TB test required.
Ability to perform physical labor such as but not limited to: repeated lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending and squatting.
