Position Description

DDN Pharmaceutical Logistics, a subsidiary of The F. Dohmen Co., is experiencing rapid growth within the third party logistics industry. We are seeking a dynamic individual for a key position within our Order to Cash Service Line. The primary function of the Account Coordinator is to manage our Clients’ customer relationships. Duties include: Customer maintenance, order management, contract maintenance, marketplace issue resolution, as well as responding to client inquiries. Duties may also include other elements within the Order to Cash process.

The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational and exceptional interpersonal skills. 5+ years of customer service experience, including experience with a dedicated client assignment is required. Intermediate computer skills are needed. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, health care and/or distribution industry is helpful. Additional experience within the accounts receivable and/or chargeback area will be considered a plus. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
